6 BJT construction, operation, characteristics (CB,CC,CE configurations) and uses
7 JFET and MOSFET construction, operation, characteristics (CS configuration) and uses

Unit II : Optoelectronic Devices
10 Photoconductive cell - photovoltaic cell - solar cell
11 Photodiode - phototransistor
12 LED - infrared emitters
13 LCD - optocouplers

Unit-III: Transducers
