The Sri Venkateswara University is a public university which was established in 1954. University was ranked 37 research university in 2013.

It is the second oldest university in Andhra Pradesh. It holds a NAAC rating of A with a score of 3.13 out of 4.

Caste certificate in original from the Tahshildar in case of SC/ST/BC candidates, OR permanent caste certificate
Relevant certificate in case of physically challenged / extracurricular activities (NCC/NSS/Games & Sports / Cultural Activity) category
