Spelman College Founded in 1881 as the Atlanta Baptist Female Seminary and in 1924 it becomes Spelman College. The institution is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and is global leader in the education of women of African descent.

For getting admission in Spelman University Honors programs Admission Requirements :
1. Candidate must have Academic achievement as demonstrated by minimum unweighted GPA of 3.5.
2. SAT combined math and verbal scores of 1160 or ACT 26
