I am doing B.Tech from University of Mumbai, Mumbai, Maharashtra and looking for Syllabus and Blue prints for 1st Semester First Year Structured Programming Approach (SPA) Subject in Engineering so please provide me the same?

I have taken admission at the Mumbai University for B.Tech Program. Now I want Structured Programming Approach (SPA) and Blueprint for the first semester Program of B.Tech. So tell me that can I get this information from the official website of University of Mumbai? Can I get question papers of B.Tech First Semester from its official website?
