The Charles W. Davidson College of Engineering, in cooperation with the Lucas College of Business, offers a dual-degree graduate program during which one can earn two degrees: an MBA and MS Engineering with a specialization in Systems Engineering. The MBA/MS dual-degree program is delivered via a cohort model, specially designed for working professionals. Classes and program schedule are predetermined so all students start and graduate at the same time, catering to the interests and lifestyles of busy professionals in Silicon Valley. Each course is 8 weeks long, meets 1 night a week and 2 Saturday sessions per class. Classes are delivered year-round in 3 terms: spring, summer and fall. One will graduate in 3 years, having acquired 2 masters degrees upon completion of the program. Admission Requirement: One must have a degree equivalent to a four-year U.S. baccalaureate degree in the related field of engineering or other related fields. One without a US baccalaureate degree must pass the TOEFL exam with a score of at least 550 paper based, 213 computer based, or 80 for the Internet-based test. Programs are now accepting a combined GMAT score of 550 or higher and also a score at the 50th percentile or higher in both the quantitative and verbal sections or a GRE scores of 151 in verbal reasoning and 152 in quantitative reasoning.
