Applicants who have qualified the 12th class along with a diploma qualification (civil engineering) are eligible to apply for S.I post in CRPF.

Eligibility Criteria

Intermediate qualification required .

Applicants must have pass a 3 year diploma in civil engineering with 50% marks .

Applicants between the age limit of 21 – 30 years .

Physical Standards

Height – 170 cms

Eyesight – Distant vision – 6/6 and 6/9 (without glasses)

Chest – Unexpanded – 80cms, Expanded -85cms
Weight – in proportionate to the height

Physical Test – A physical screening test measures weight, height, chest and eyesight measurements.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET) –PET involves a race for a distance of 1.6 kms which applicants should complete within the given time frame of 9 minutes.

Written Test –Following are the two main sections in this test –

Section 1 – General Awareness– 20 marks

Section 2 – Professional Knowledge– 80 marks

CRPF ASI and SI (Stenographer) Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications:
Anyone applying to the position of ASI and SI (Stenographer) must have at a minimum passed their Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent from a board or university recognized by the central or state government.


Age limit:
Candidates applying to the position of CRPF ASI and SI (Stenographer) position should be in the age group of 18-25.
