Shri Ram College Of Commerce SRCC shifted to its new building in the sprawling Delhi University Campus in 1954.

It is well-endowed building spread over a campus of 16 acres.

Incorporating the lecture rooms on two floors, a central Clock Tower, tutorial and library blocks flanking the main building, separate students’ hostel, canteen, common room, staff residences, the College was created to encompass the whole range of institutional requirements.

A new 100 seater girls Hostel has been recently sanctioned by the UGC.

Infrastructure-

Class Rooms & Tutorials-

All the classrooms and tutorial rooms in the college are fully air-conditioned.

The class-rooms have been upgraded with ceiling-mounted LCD projectors, roll-down screens, green boards and podium for faculty.

Library-

The college library is spacious with seating capacity for about 300 readers.

It is well-stocked and presently has a collection of over 65 thousand volumes on different subjects.

The Library opens for eight hours from 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

However, during third term it opens from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. for student’s convenience.

Computer Centres-

The College has two well-equipped Computer Centres.

Both the centres are provided with 40 computers, each with updated software and hardware.

Internet facilities are provided in each computer.

Sports-

The College has extensive playing grounds, a swimming pool, tennis court, gymnasium, indoor badminton court, basketball court, lawn tennis court, etc.

Games like Cricket, Football, Hockey, Basket Ball, Hand Ball, Badminton, Lawn Tennis, Table Tennis, Squash Racket, Swimming, Shooting, Athletics etc. are patronized by the college.

Swimming Pool-

SRCC is the only college in the North Campus having swimming pool facility.

The swimming pool opens during summer season only.

Hostel-

The college has two separate hostels for boys and girls on the campus itself.

There is a big mess and common room in both the hostels.

Seminar Room-

It is fully air-conditioned with LCD projection facilities.

Auditorium-

The College has a big auditorium with over 750 persons seating capacity
