This program at Indian Institute of Management Calcutta is provides facility to transform themselves into strategic leaders, executives need to broaden their understanding of the emerging business environment, hone their quantitative and qualitative skills.

This mix of hard and soft skills is offered through the one-year Senior Management Programme of IIM Calcutta

This one-year programme has been designed specifically for senior executives to equip them with analytic skills, enhance their existing functional competencies, and very importantly, transform them into strategic leaders.

Duration:

Programme duration & delivery:
The duration of the programme is one year.
Each candidate has to go through the introductory module and advanced module over a period of one year.

The sessions will be delivered through online platform twice in a week (Saturday 9am - 12 pm & Sunday 9am 12 pm).

Campus visit takes place twice in a year. The duration of first campus visit is of 3 days and second campus visit is of 6 days

Eligibility:
Working managers with an experience profile of ten years or more, who are graduates (10+2+3)/post graduates in any discipline with 50% marks.
