AICTE norms to became a lecturer at Engineering polyticnic

I am having 56% marks on B.E and now if i do Mtech and score 60% marks then can i satisfy AICTE norms to became a lacturer at engineering polyticnic

I am a B.E (Mech) but my marks at B.E is 56% and now if i do Mtech and score 60% then can i satisfy AICTE norms to became a lacturer.
