Stanford University is a private research university in Stanford, California. It was founded in 1885 by Leland and Jane Stanford in memory of their only child, Leland Stanford Jr., who had died of typhoid fever at age 15 the previous year.

As you want here I am telling Stanford Campus Recreation Association (SCRA) is a swim and tennis club for Stanford university faculty, senior staff and their families. Facilities include a relaxing clubhouse, locker rooms and two barbecue areas with patio furniture & picnic tables.
