As per my information SCRA exam has been already conducted by the UPSC for that you have to wait for the new announcement of the exam for now I will help you so that next time you can easily get the form.

Here I’m telling you the process to get the admit card easily.

Go to the official site of UPSC
Site page will open there you can see a option of examination at top
Click on that section a new page will open
There in middle of the page you can see a option of E-Admit Card
Click on that section a new page will open which looks like this there you can get the admit card whenever announced by them.
