You can go for higher studies options such as M. Phil, PhD. Some of the courses after M.Tech Environmental science are

Doctor of Philosophy in Environmental Engineering
Doctor of Philosophy in Green Technology
Doctor of Philosophy in Mineral Processing

After this course you can find jobs both in public and private sector.

You can get jobs in public sector departments such as

Forest department
Urban development
Industries
Water resources and agriculture
