The Department of Science and Technology , Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India awards Scholarship for Higher Education under Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research to applicants who are under best 1% at Class 12 exam taken by the Board during the academic session ending March/April 2013.


The applicants of CBSE , Delhi who have cleared Class 12 Exam 2013 and are under top1% (Cut-off score 473 marks excluding 6th Additional subject) are eligible for the scholarship.


Letters to eligible Applicants along with "Advisory Note to the Applicants for Eligibility in SHE Component under INSPIRE Scheme" have been sent through email to the schools from where they studied Class XII


Applicants may collect the same from the school Principal.


INSPIRE Scholarship:
This scheme provides 10,000 scholarships every year ; Rs.80,000/- each for undertaking Bachelor and Masters courses in the Natural & Basic sciences, possessing any of the following criteria:


Applicants who have obtained top 10,000 ranks in all india engineering, Medical entrance exams.
