Current Starting Basic Pay 27,620/- (with 4 advance increments)

Pay Scale 23700-980/7-30560-1145/2-32850-1310/7-42020

Grade Junior Management Grade Scale-I

Total Compensation Total compensation per annum would be a minimum of 7.55
lakhs and maximum of 12.93 lakhs depending on place of posting and other factors. This
means that an entry level SBI Probationary Officer in a city like Mumbai could earn over 1
lakh a month.
