I have an account at SBI bank and want to pay bills online. Can I? If yes, please give me the website from where I can pay the bill online and also describe the procedure of it. Is there any use of ATM/ credit card in the process of online payment?

The SBI Paynet card has three steps. This is as follow:

Provide your SBI card payment details
Confirm payment (at bank)
Receive online confirmation
