After the next 3 years, they get 3 promotions in their basic pay as it increases 500 per year to reach to Rs. 9900.

After that, they get Rs. 600 increment per year for 4 years till their basic pay reaches 12300.

This process continues till the basic pay reaches Rs. 19300.
