Eligibility Criteria:
Age of applicants must be : 20 - 28 years, as on May 1, 2014 [+3 yrs for OBC, +5 yrs for SC/ST]
Applicants must be Pass in any degree, as on Aug 31, 2014
Applicants must be able to write & speak English.
Local language knowledge is desirable.
Final year Applicants are eligible to apply.

Exam Pattern
Applicants have to pass in each objective test that also carries 0.25 as negative mark.
The question paper is made up of five sections:
Logical Reasoning: 40 marks (40 questions)
General Awareness: 40 marks (40 questions)
Quantitative Aptitude: 40 marks (40 questions)
General English: 40 marks (40 questions)
Marketing Aptitude/Computer Knowledge: 40 marks (40 questions)
This online test shall be held for 200 marks with each section allotted 40 marks.
The paper will be of two hours and 15 minutes Applicants will be awarded negative marking of 0.25 (1/4) for each wrong answer.
