Here I am providing details of SBI Clerk Salary & perks which you are looking for .

Initial basic salary would be Rs. 7200/- for non graduates and for graduates it would be Rs. 8000/-,

Dearness Allowance which is 80 % of the basic salary, apart from Basic + D.A.

SBI Assistant will also get HRA, Transport Allowance, Special pay etc.

Scale of Pay: Rs. 7200-400/3-8400-500/3-9900-600/4-12300-700/7-17200-1300/1-18500-800/1-19300.

Total Emoluments:
The total starting emoluments at Metro like Mumbai will be around Rs. 14,177/- per month for Graduates inclusive of D.A. and other allowances at the current rate.

The lump sum rupee value of all such perks is about Rs. 1500/- to Rs. 2000/-.

Clerk Salary in SBI at 102.45 % DA -
Rs. 17500 (Gross)

Salary Structure:Basic Salary in 7200 basic pay: 8000
Dearness Allowance at 102.45 % = 8192
House Rent Allowance: 10%= 800
Transport Allowance: 225
SBI Clerk Cash in hand Salary is Rs. 17000-17500.
Rs. 17500 in Metro cities like Mumbai as per SBI.

It increases as DA gets revision every 6 month. The above calculation is based on current dearness allowance.
SBI Associate Clerk Salary is Same as given above.
SBI CLERK PAY SCALE:
Pay Scale of SBI Clerk: 7200-400/3-8400-500/3-9900-600/4-12300-700/7-17200-1300/1-18500-800/1-19300 (under review)
SBI Clerk basic pay for new recruit will be Rs. 7200. Up to 3 years, they get promotion in their basic pay of Rs. 400 every year till the basic pay becomes Rs. 8400. After the next 3 years, they get 3 promotions in their basic pay as it increases 500 per year to reach to Rs. 9900. After that, they get Rs. 600 increment per year for 4 years till their basic pay reaches 12300. This process continues till the basic pay reaches Rs. 19300.

Note: Salary for new recruit after 10th bipartite settlement will range from Rs. 21000 to 23000.
