Applicants must have hold a Bachelor’s degree in Tamil ( B.A / B.Lit ) / English / Mathematics / Physics / Zoology / Micro Biology / Environmental Science / History / Geography /Applied Geography / Applied Physics / Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Bio Chemistry / Botany /Computer Science / Computer Applications / Information Technology.

Applicants must have hold a Post graduate degree in Economics / Commerce / Home science from a recognized University.

Two years full time teaching experience in a Nursery Secondary / /Primary / Higher secondary school in Tamilnadu recognized by the state or central government.

Duration of the programme

B. Ed. Programme is of two years duration.

The medium of instruction for B. Ed. Programme will be in English/Tamil.
