Sambalpur University, Jyoti Vihar, Burla invites application form every year for admission in various post graduation courses in the University.

Here I am telling you the process to get the online application form of admission.

Go to the official website of Sambalpur University

Then click on tab “Admissions” and then “Online Admissions”

Then a new page will open

Now click on the link “Procedure for online filling of form and downloading admit card for P.G. Courses (Reg/SF) (2016-17) (Click Here)”

A new screen will open

Click on “Login”



On this page enter the details and then click on login button.

Then you will get the online application form of admission.

The candidate should deposit Rs.500/- as processing fee through State Bank Collect

After submitting the form successfully, take two print out of the Form, staple two attested copies of your photographs along with all relevant documents(e-Receipt of SB Collect and self attasted copies of all mark sheet and certificate), undertaking Form duely filled in & signed and send it the respective Head/Cordinator, Course name____, Dept name____ , Sambalpur University, Jyoti Vihar Burla-768019 Dist.Sambalpur, Odisha. The envolope must be superscribed as "Application for PG Admission into Course applying For and Index No-_____".

The other copy of the Form should be with the Student.
