RTU Tuition Fee for Psychology

Can you provide me the Tuition fee structure of BS in Psychology course at Rizal Technological University as I want to check if I can afford it or not before taking admission in it?

Rizal Technological University (RTU) is a State University which was established in 1969. It is also the first educational institution in the Philippines to introduce the Bachelor of Science in Astronomy.

BS in Psychology

Duration: 4 years

Tuition Fees: P 8,000-9,000 per semester
P 16,000-18,000 per year.

1. Tuition for bachelor's programs are for the 1st year. Tuition for the following years may be different.
2. Based on cash payments (installment rates are higher).
3. Tuition for foreign students is almost always higher.
4. May not include all fees, and can change at any time.

Admission Requirements

o One needs to be a high school graduate.
One who is not able to complete secondary level of education has the chance to be admitted if one passes the Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT).

o One need to pass the college entrance examination

o One need a recommendation from the High School Principal

o Medical certificate

o Police and NBI Clearance

o Communication skills – one must be an active listener who understands the uniqueness of every person and yet communicates in a patient manner in order to change the behavior of others.

o Analytical skills – Human behavior is very complex, and a scientific method is needed to analyze and measure the variations for certain actions.

o Decision making skills – suggesting courses of action for different individuals requires gathering evidence, assessing probable consequences and making quick yet difficult judgment calls.
