Following posts come under the Regional Transport Officer exam: RTO Inspector Assistant Inspector Eligibility conditions: The applicant should have completed Mechanical Engineering/Diploma in Automobile from a recognized university/institution Details of Upper & Lower Limit of Age: Job hunters must be in between 18 years to 35 years of age Salary Structure: Rs 14800 – 34000/-. RTO examinations are generally conducted by public service commission of each state of India. Eligibility criteria for RTO Examination Judicial service post: Candidate should be above 23 year old and should be below 34 years. Should be a citizen of India Candidate should be holding a degree in law from any standard or recognized university. Candidate should be capable to read, write and speak particular state’s language. Eligibility criteria for RTO examination clerkship post: The candidate should be a citizen of India. The candidate should have an educational qualification Secondary education or equivalent from the respective state board. The age of the candidate should be between 18 years old and should not cross 37 year old. Eligibility criteria for RTO examination sub assistant engineer: The candidate should be an Indian citizen. The candidate should have a degree in engineering like in civil, mechanical or in electrical. The age of the candidate should not cross 32years. |

RTO entrance exam is taken by the public service commission of the states. RTO Clerk Post: To become clerk applicants should be passed the 10th passed with at least 55% marks and age must be between the 18 to 30 years. Judicial Post: To get select as judicial post, applicants should be passed the bachelor degree in LAW with at least 55% marks from any recognized university and age must be between the 21 to 30 years Assistant Engineer Post: To hire as Assistant engineer; candidates should have a bachelor degree in engineering with at least 55% marks from any recognized university and age must be between the 21 to 30 years. To become inspector in RTO minimum class 12th pass candidates will be eligible. Candidates must have valid driving license so that they may qualify in driving test. Section process includes written test along with face to face interview procedure.
