The Railway Recruitment Board, Secunderabad generally announce the Section Engineer examination in the month July/ August 2014. Age Limit : Applicants age must have between 18-33 years Educational Qualification : Applicants must have qualified in the B.Tech or its equivalent from any recognized universities/ colleges. RRB Sr.Section Engineer Exam Pattern & Syllabus The exam paper will be in English, Hindi, Urdu and Local languages Duration will be 2 hours with 150 questions. The questions will be of objective type 1/3rd Negative marks shall be deducted for each wrong answer General Intelligence General Awareness Arithmetic Reasoning Technical Ability |

Railway Recruitment Board recruits the candidates for various posts like SSE, JE, Material Engineer, and Chief Depot Superintend. Eligibility criteria for SSE Four years Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Manufacturing/ Mechatronics/ Industrial/ Machining/ Instrumentation & Control/ Tools & Machining/ Tools & Die making/ Automobile/ Production Engineering/ M.Sc Electronics/ Instrumentation & Control Engineering The age limit can be 20-34 years for Senior Section Engineer. Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of written/ online examination, skill test, document verification & medical fitness. Exam Pattern:- There will be an Objective Type Multiple Choice Question in the Written Exam for Senior Section Engineer (SSE). Pattern for the written exam will be as follows:- Written exam will consists of Total 150 Questions. Time Duration for Written exam is 2 Hours. There will be Negative Marking of 1/3 Marks in the written exam. 90 Questions will be asked from Technical Ability & General Science. 60 Questions will be from General Awareness, Arithmetic, General Intelligence and Reasoning. |
