Selection process
Selection will be based only on Online Examination and Proficiency Test.

Application Fee:
Applicants must pay Rs.100/- against the online application fee. The prescribed application fee for RRB Chennai Recruitment 2016 can be paid by Master / Visa Debit or Credit Cards or Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets etc.

Educational Qualifiation
The applicants should be High School passed along with Apprenticeship Act Trade Certified or ITI or NCVT/ SCVT in the trades concerned for which application has been made including the trades of Fitter/ Electrician/ Mechanics/ Radio Mechanics etc.

The candidates in order to be eligible for the post of Technicians should be Intermediate passed and Diploma in Engineering in the Electrical/ Electronics/ Microprocessor posts.
