Here I am giving you exam syllabus for the RPSC Judicial Service Entrance Examination ..

Exam pattern :
Language (Paper-I) Hindi Essay-Essay writing and Grammar.

Language (Paper-II) English Essay-Essay writing, translation from English to Hindi and vice versa and Grammar.

The Syllabus of the exam is as follows:
Law Paper (I) -Constitution of India, Civil Procedure Code, Law of Contract and Partnership, Law of Torts and Easements, Law of Motor Accident Claims, Law of Arbitration and Conciliation, Rent Control Law and Revenue Laws in Rajasthan, Law of Specific Relief, Hindu Law, Muslim Law, Law on transfer of Property, Law of Limitation, Law relating to Lok Adalats and Permanent Lok Adalats, Law related to Domestic Violence, General Rules (Civil) and Judgment Writing.

Paper is contained the questions of practical knowledge of the candidates in civil law and procedure e. g. Drafting, pleading, framing issues and writing out judgments etc. in Civil Cases.

Law Paper (II) -Criminal Procedure Code, Law of Evidence, Indian Penal Code, Law on Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, Criminal Law related to protection of SC/STs, Law on Juvenile Delinquency, Law of Probation, Law relating to Dishonour of Cheques, Law relating to Electricity Theft, Law related to Cyber Crimes, General Rules (Criminal) and judgement Writing.
