As per your request here I am giving you detail about the Assistant Public Prosecutor Exam of Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC). RPSC Assistant Public Prosecutor exam : Eligibility Conditions : Age Limit: 21 to 35 years. Relaxation in age is applicable as per the government rule. Educational Qualification: Applicants should have Bachelors in Law degree from recognized University . Have 2 years of experience. Application Fee: For unreserved category applicants : Rs. 350/- For reserved category applicants: Rs. 150/- Selection Process: Written examination Personal interview. Salary Details: Pay scale as Rs.9300/- to Rs.34800/- with grade pay Rs.4200/- per month. Exam Pattern Written test consists of different sections. Exam consists of only multiple choice. Each section has different marks. Each section contains different weightage. Syllabus of Assistant Public Prosecutor Exam: Indian Penal Code 1860 Candidates are to study all the chapters of the Act excluding the following : - (i) Offences by or relating to Public Servants ( Chapter IX ) (ii) Offences relating to Elections ( Chapter IX A ) (iii) Offences relating to Weights and Measures ( Chapter XIII ) (iv) Offences of Property and other Marks (Sections 478to 489) (v) Criminal breach of Contract of Service ( Chapter XIX ) (vi) Offences relating to Marriage ( Chapter XX ) Criminal Procedure Code 1973 Candidates are to study all the chapters of the Act excluding the following : - (i) Attendance of persons confined or detained in prison ( Chapter XXII ) (ii) Provisions as to accused persons of unsound mind ( Chapter XXV ) (iii) Offences affecting the administration of justice ( Chapter XXVI ) (iv) Submission of Death sentences for confirmation ( Chapter XXVIII ) (v) Death sentence, Imprisonment, Levy of fine, provisions regarding execution ( Chapter XXXII sections 413 to 431) (vi) Disposal of property ( Chapter XXXIV ) (vii) Irregular Proceedings ( Chapter XXXV ) Indian Evidence Act 1872 Candidates are to study all the chapters of the Act excluding the following : - (i) Statements made under special circumstants (Sections 34 to 39) (ii) Facts which need not to be proved (Sections 56 to 58) (iii) Presumptions as to documents (Sections 79 to 89) (iv) Estoppel (Sections 115 to117) Minor Acts (i) Motor Vehicle Act 1988 (ii) Rajasthan Excise Act 1950 (iii) Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. 1985 (iv) Prevention of Food Adulteration Act 1954 (v) Indian Arms Act 1959 (vi) Prevention of Atrocities on Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act, 1989 |
