RMA Pay Scale National Guard

I want to join National Guard as a Readiness Management Assembly (RMA) member and want to know details about this. Will you please tell me some brief details about National Guard RMA and tell me pay scales of RMAT of different categories?

RMA stands for Readiness Management Assembly.

It s coded as 91 in RLAS for USNG or Army Reserve

A soldier can get orders for up to 30 RMAs per FY
RMA = 1 day of base pay for 1 day of duty; also accrues 1 retirement point
Basically it is a 1-3 day order used for activities to help a unit get ready for drill or AT
