Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL) is approved by Bar Council of India and is registered with University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi. The eligibility requirements for admission in Undergraduate Programme in Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL) are as follows: Eligibility for Admission The Admission shall be based exclusively on the merit in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). However, to qualify for admission: 1 One must have passed 10+2 exam of the Punjab School Education Board or its equivalent with minimum 45% marks in the aggregate (40% marks for SC/ST) 2. One’s age must not be more than 20 years in case of General and 22 years in case of the SC/ST and PWD Candidates as. 3. One appearing in or awaiting results of the qualifying exam held or being held may also apply and appear for the Combined Law Admission Test (CLAT) provisionally, 4. The candidature of: a) One who do not clear the qualifying exam with the requisite marks and or fail to produce result on the date of interview/counseling, or b) One who gets compartments/re-appear in any subject in the qualifying exam is cancelled and subsequent securing qualifying marks shall not be considered in any case.
