In order to ensure the best students appear for the entrance test to the WASE program, Wipro has established the following eligibility criteria.
The program is open to graduates or to students in their final year of graduation.

Selection Process
The selection procedure for WASE comprises of three stages, a Common Entrance Test, Technical Interview and HR interview.
Dates for each stage would be made available to you upon registration.

Wipro Placement Eligibility

Ø Consistent academic record of an aggregate/average of 50% or above in Class 10,
Class 12 and Graduation, post- graduation, as applicable.
Ø All courses/subjects are considered mandatory for calculation of
aggregate/average percentage.
Ø Completion of the CMA course in 3.5 years (Foundation exam to Final exam).
Ø Each CMA examination stage has to be completed in with aggregate 50% and
above.
Ø Candidates should complete their course (Class 10, Class 12 and graduation, post- graduation and CMA) within the stipulated duration as specified by the
School/College/University and as per Wipro Selection guidelines.
Ø This Campus process will be for Freshers and no Work experience will be
considered relevant for this Campus process.
Ø No separate consideration for Chartered Accountants, as this requirement is only
for ICWA graduates.
Ø Must be willing to relocate to different locations.
Ø Must have good written & oral communication skills.
Please carry the following documents while appearing for the process.
Ø Hard copy of updated resume
Ø 2 Passport size photographs
Ø Valid photo ID proof (In Original-Driving License/Passport/Voters ID Card)
Ø Photo copies of 10th, 12th and Graduation / Post Graduate mark sheets

Qualification for TIS

Diploma/Graduates/Post Graduates (non MCA/MBA) from full time courses only can apply.

Graduates from any stream with 50% in 10th, 50% in 12th and 60% in graduation.

Upon joining, you will be professionally transformed in the Behavioral and Technology Training Academy (TISA) and absorbed in any of the TIS practices like Professional Services, Managed Services, Technical Support Services, and Business Services Management or Managed Security.

The Selection Process would involve an Aptitude Test, PC Skills Test, HR Round and Spoken English Test.
