Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized University of India.

Interview

Paper Pattern :

CSIR -Combined Administrative Services Examination will be objective type and shall consist of two papers (Paper 1 & paper 2) of 150 marks each.

Pay Scale: Rs.9300 to 34800 + Rs.4200 GP + Other allowance

Qualifications:

Applicants must have Graduate Degree in any Subject area from a recognized university. Degree obtained from any Open University must be Recognized by Distance Education Council, IGNOU.

Age Limit:

Age of candidates should not be more than 28 years .

Relaxation for SC/ST/PH/EXS Candidates will be upto 5 years and for OBC will be upto 3 years.

No age limit for CSIR Departmental Candidates .

Selection Process:

Selection will be Done through Competitive Examination and Interview.

Written Exam will be objective type of 150 Marks and Paper of the test will be set in Hindi and English.

Interview will be of 100 Marks.

Application Fees:

Rs.500 for UR & OBC Category

CSIR Department Candidates and those belonging to SC/ST/PH/EXS Category are not required to pay application fees
