d) In the above cases, no demand for unwinding or generally would be entertained. Annexure might be downloaded from the site of PESB. Last date of receipt of utilizations in PESB is 04 May 2016. No application might be entertained under any circumstances after the stipulated date. Fragmented applications and applications not submitted according to the endorsed configuration are subject to be rejected. Board maintains whatever authority is needed to shortlist contender for meeting.
