Applicants will be deemed to have satisfied the English Language requirements if they can provide evidence that they meet one of the following criteria:

TOEFL 550 PBT/ 213 CBT/ 79 iBT or
IELTS 6.0 or
Pass the English Language Test from Raffles International College

Native English speakers are eligible for admission without submitting evidence of English language proficiency

Students who do not meet the English entry requirements are required to enroll in Raffles English Language Program (ELP) to raise their English level.
