Give me information about required marks to passed MA English course offered by Punjab university ?

Here I am giving you information about required marks to passed MA English course offered by Punjab university below :

Successful candidate who obtains 75% marks or more of the aggregate marks in Part-I & II examination taken together shall be declared to have passed the examination with distinction

If you have obtains 60% or more of the aggregate marks shall be placed in first division.
Those who obtain 50% or more but less than 60% shall be placed in the second division
all below 50% shall be placed in the third division.

SEMESTER-I)
Course-I Chaucer to Renaissance
Course-II Jacobean to Restoration Age
Course-III Neo-Classicism & the Rise of the Novel
Course-IV Any one the following options:
(i) English Phonetics and Phonology
(ii) Shakespeare
(iii) European Drama





(SEMESTER-II)
Course-V The Romantic Age
Course-VI Victorian Poetry & Prose
Course-VII 19th Century British and European Fiction
Course-VIII Any one the following options:
(i) Indian Writing in English
(ii) Modern Indian Literature in Translation
(iii) Modern English Grammar and usage
