Outcome for M Tech Program IT (Information Technology) The outcome for M Tech Program IT (Information Technology) offered by University Institute of Engineering & Technology of Panjab University, Chandigarh is as follows: a. One would be able to apply knowledge of mathematics, computing, science and engineering. b. One would be able to design and conduct experiments to analyse and solve engineering problems. c. One would be able to design and construct a hardware and software system, component or process to meet desired needs, within realistic constraints. d. One would be able to identify, formulate and develop solution for complex engineering problems. e. One would be able to use the engineering techniques, skills and modern engineering tools for solving engineering problems. f.
