What is the procedure to online Registration at the Punjab Technical University for B.Tech course? And tell me about the Choice Filling of center at the time of online Registration at the Punjab Technical University? All help are appreciated.

I have completed M.SC Degree and now want to do Ph.D Degree from Punjab Technical University. I have to do online registration for admission, so can anybody provide instructions for online registration for Ph.D Degree of Punjab Technical University?

The University is approved by UGC.
