The online application form for Punjab State Civil Services Combined Competitive Examination is available on to the official website of the commission.
To apply online the following are required:

A valid Email ID
A mobile phone number
Scanned copy of a recent passport size photograph
Scanned copy of the signature of the candidate
Scanned copy of the Demand Draft

Online Application session expires in 30 minutes from the start, therefore the candidates are required to fill all details and upload files within 30 minutes.
