Yes you can do MSc Physics from Pune University after BSc Physics.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidate must have any branch B.Sc graduate degree such as B.Sc. (Physics), B.Sc. (Chemistry), B.Sc. (Mathematics), B.Sc. (Electronics Science) or B.E./B.Tech.

Candidate must have to give entrance exam for taking admission in M.Sc.

Entrance exam pattern:
The question paper will consist of 50 objective compulsory, multiple choice questions (MCQs).
Each question has four alternative answers - one of them has to be selected.
The correct answer carries +3 (positive three) marks, incorrect answer -1 (negative one) marks, and unattempted question 0 (zero) marks.
Detailed instructions about how to fill out the answer card will be provided in the question paper.
