India also has an "open" public university, namely the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), which offers distance education, and in terms of the number of enrolled students is now the largest university in the world. Some public universities which are situated in India are given below: Kerala Agricultural University KAU P.O., Vellanikkara, Thrissur, Kerala 680656, Salem-Kanyakumari Hwy, Vellanikkara, Thrissur, Kerala 680654 Uttarakhand Open University Behind Transport Nagar, Teenpani Bye Pass Road, Haldwani, Uttarakhand 263169 05946 261 122 Distance Learning Universities in India B-44 sector 59 Noida, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301 092 66 218580 SRM University Plot No.39, Rajiv Gandhi Education City, Sonipat, Haryana 131023 088 16 033306 School of Biotechnology Nit Calicut, Nit Campus Post, Kozhikode, Kerala 673601 099 61 235461 GUDMS - Goa University Department of Management Studies Goa University, Panjim, GA 403206 0832 651 9094 Galgotia University 1, Institutional Area, Knowledge Park - 2, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201306 0120 451 3909 KSOU -Study Centre 10165, Sumer Plaza, Gurudwara Road, In Front of Indian Overseas Bank, Karol Bagh, New Delhi, DL 110005 095 60 425252 RLSY College Ram Lakhan Singh Yadav College,, Bettiah Industrial Area, Bettiah, Bihar 845438 094 72 295442 Sikkim Manipal University 5E/7 BP, Nit, Faridabad, Haryana 121001 093 13 770436 Map: [MAP]https://maps.google.co.in/maps?q=public+universities+in+India&hl=en&sll=19.8 64356,79.182621&sspn=24.309391,41.835938&oq=public +universities+in+ind&hq=public+universities&hnear= India&t=m&z=5[/MAP] |
