PTU Rudrapur

Is there any leaning centre of Punjab Technical University (PTU) situated in Rudrapur? I am living in Rudrapur and completed 10+2 with Commerce. Now I want to do BBA Program from the PTU, but I can’t go at the University Campus. So I want to do BBA from the Learning Centre of Punjab Technical University (PTU). So pls give list of its all learning centres situated near Rudrapur.
