| Re: PTU Colleges Cut Off
Punjab Technical University (PTU) B.Tech Cutoff will be decided after the JEE Main result is declared. Students would be considered for admissions in PTU, based on the rank achieved by them. Students who scores rank above or equal to the cutoff will be called for counselling where he/she would be able to mark options of courses and colleges. On the basis of seat availability, closing and opening ranks of colleges, merit ranking, students would be allotted seats judicially. The cut off is implemented on two levels, other states and Punjab. Students who have applied under Punjab category will be sorted under cutoff score for Punjab. There will be multiple rounds of counselling, for which cutoff will be announced distinctively. Students who fail to get seat allotted in the former rounds due to higher rank will be participating in the subsequent rounds for which they have to check the cutoff rank corresponding.
