I want to apply for the Provisional certificate of Burdwan University so can you please provide me the application form of it?

A Provisional Certificate or Diploma of Burdwan University is issued to a candidate if the same is required before the issue of the original one.

Provisional Diploma/Certificate Fee:
Rs. 150/-

Fee may be paid either in cash at the University Cash Counter or by Demand Draft preferably drawn at SBI in favour of the Finance Officer, the University of Burdwan.

The Cash Receipt or Demand Draft must be accompained with the application

In case of applications with incomplete particulars or wrong information, the document prayed for will not be issued

I applied for the provisional certificate on 7th October but still did not received it yet.
It is my earnest request to kindly check whats the status of my Certificate. I need this certificate for Job purposes. Please help me.

It was on 18/02/2022,apply by post along with all documents.But still not any response even acknowledgement card?
