The University of Mysore is offering M.Phil, Postgraduate, Graduate, Diploma and Certificate programmes. There are five faculties, viz., (1) Arts, (2) Commerce, (3) Education, (4) Law and (5) Science and Technology.


There shall, be an entrance examination for M.Phil degree course. The entrance examination shall consist of 100 objective questions to be answered by the candidates within time duration of two hours.


Candidates securing at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ SR/ CAT-l candidates) in entrance examination are eligible for admission to M.Phil degree course'. The marks scored in entrance examination shall, only be considered for merit list for the purpose of admission
