I want to tell you that firstly you have to pass graduation to become eligible for the exam of Indian Administrative Service

Here for your reference I am giving you the process to become Indian Administrative Service officer after graduation:

Step1:
Firstly you have to fill the exam form of UPSC's Civil Services exam

You can get the application form from any of the “Head Post Offices or Post Offices” spread throughout the country

Step 2:
Then you have to give the Civil Services Prelims exam in the month of May or June

It has 2 papers and here are the details of those 2:

Paper Marks Time
1. General Knowledge
200 2 Hr.
2. Comprehension and logical reasoning
200 2 Hr.

Step 3:
If you will qualify the Civil Services Prelims exam then you have to give the Civil Services Mains exam and they used to normally hold in the month of October having following papers:

1 Essay type Indian Language Qualifying Paper (300 marks)
1 English Qualifying Paper (300 marks)
1 General Essay type paper (200 marks)
2 General Studies papers (300 marks each)
4 Optional subjects papers (300 marks each)

Step 4:
Candidates who are declared qualifies in Civil Services Mains exam will be called for the interview

CIVIL SERVICES (PRELIMINARY) EXAM 2015:-
Date of Notification:- 16.05.2015
Last date for receipt of applications:- 12.06.2015 (FRIDAY)
Date of commencement of Examination:- 23.08.2015 (SUNDAY)
Duration of the Exam:- 1 DAY

CIVIL SERVICES (MAIN) EXAM 2015:-
Date of commencement of Examination:- 18.12.2015 (FRIDAY)
Duration of the Exam:- 5 DAYS

3. Taxation :
