Procedure for summer training while in B.Tech 3rd year

Can you tell me about the procedure for summer training in BHEL while being in B.Tech 3rd year as I want to take admission in it?

To apply for summer training in the any good MNC one need to contact the HR team of the companies. As such most of companies advertise the vacancies for summer training on their websites.

So you can go to the website of these companies and apply for the summer training into these companies.

As you are in 3rd year so you can ask your college placement team to help you with the contact details of companies in which you want to do training.

For applying for the summer training get 2 things in hand which are:

Resume or C.V. in the proper format stating you’re all the qualification.
Cover letter stating your interest in the summer training and about your previous project works (if any).

Eligibility:
To apply for the training in BHEL, candidate must fulfill following conditions:

Pass out Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized Indian University/ Institute in the discipline of Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics.

Secure 65% or equivalent CGPA in aggregate of all semesters.

Age should be maximum 27 years

Selection Procedure:

Candidates have to appear for written exam conducted by BHEL

Written test will be of objective type, wherein 70% of weight age is assigned for the technical subjects and 30% for the aptitude

A list of selected students is prepared, and are called for the interview.

Final selection list is on the basis of 75% for written test marks and 25% for interview marks.

Candidates will be called for interview in 1:3 ratios.

Applicants of SC/ OBC/ST category, who are not selected for the interview, will be regrouped for further consideration with their categories respectively.
