Here I am providing the information regarding the Jawaharlal Nehru University Combined Biotechnology Entrance Exam pattern which you are looking for . 1. JNU CBEE Exam Pattern for MSc Biotechnology The question paper will be of three hours duration and divided into two parts : Part – A : Objective questions at the level of 10+2 in the subjects : Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Biology. There will be negative marking and for each wrong answer, ½ ( half ) mark will be deducted. Part – B : Objective questions of Bachelor’s level requiring thinking and analysis. There will be questions from Physics, Mathematics, Biology ( e.g., Zoology, Biochemistry, Botany, Microbiology, Genetics and Molecular Biology ) and Chemistry. There will be negative marking and for each wrong answer one mark will be deducted. 2. JNU CBEE Exam Pattern for MSc Agri Biotechnology Programs The question paper will be of three hours duration and will consist of two parts, PART – A and PART – B. Part – A : Objective questions at the level of 10+2 in the subjects : Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology. There will be negative marking and for each wrong answer, ½ ( half ) mark will be deducted. Part – B : Objective questions . There will be 100 questions. Each correct answer will have a weightage of 3 marks. 3. JNU CBEEExam Pattern for M.Tech Biotechnology Programs The question paper will be of 3-hours duration consisting of Two Streams : Technology Stream and Life Sciences Stream. i. Technology Stream Part – A : Basic Technology & Engineering at under graduate level Part – B : Chemistry / Physics / Maths at under graduate level Part – C : Fundamental Life Sciences and Informatics at 10+2 level. ii. Life Science Stream Part – A : Life Sciences (Molecular Biology, Biochemistry & Immunology ) at post graduate level. Part – B : Chemistry/ Physics at undergraduate level Part – C : Maths, Computer & Information Sciences at 10+2 level. |
