Preparation tips for B.Tech. Final Year Project

Hello sir can you plz guide me for preparation of B.Tech. Final Year Project, as I am study in B.tech final year and this year I have to submit my project.

As you are saying that you have to submit your project in this year for it you are looking for its prepration tips so I want to say that you should do any project on information technology or computer based project and for a good project you must have knowledge about a language like JAVA, ASP.NET,PHP. or knowledge of flash, Dreamweaver, beside it you can make window application , mobile application in JAVA you can make a lot of projects in ASP. NET like:

2. web development
3. management projects
4. E commerce
5. tutorials
6.online applications

For project preparation you can ask your mentor/professor about it and recommended books. Its not necessary but whatever information you got from a mentor/prof is a value addition to what, you can do. For it first of all choose the field or subjects in which you have more intrest, and then think about the field that can be implemented on the particular fields.
