The Pre-IAS Training Centre (PITC) of Kolhapur was initially started at Willington College, Sangli with a moto of training and preparing more and more candidates, mostly from the rural areas for their successful career in UPSC

Entrance test / examination fee:
1. Rs. 300/- is the fee of test / examination.

2. Rs. 150/- For those who are claiming reservation SC, ST, N.T. (A, B, C, & D.), O.B.C. / S.B.C.

There are three types of enrollments
Entrance test:
Entrance test of two hours duration is conducted probably in the month of * November / December every year, for this necessary advertisement is published in various news papers in the second / third week of august. The enrolled aspirants will be trained for civil services (preliminary) examination of next year.

The above date & month of examination is liable to change.

Direct Enrollment:
Those who have appeared for Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination and qualified for successive Civil Services (Main Written) Examination

Those who have appeared for civil services (main written) examination and qualified for successive personality test / interview
