Re: PNB Remit DBS
Finally, an online remittance service from the Philippine National Bank (PNB). It allows you to remit from your DBS, POSB, or UOB account to a variety of banks in the Philippines using PNB as the remittance service provider (much like iRemit). To complete your online remittance you need: 1. Internet banking from DBS, POSB, UOB, activated. 2. A 14-digit remittance number from PNB. That’s a combination of 12-digit Remitter ID No that you can find from the Official Remittance Receipt you get after sending a remittance through PNB and the last 2 digits of your Beneficiary’s reference number (01,02, etc..) Then…. 1. Login to your DBS, POSB, UOB online banking. The official website of PNB Philippines bank looks like: 2. Choose Bills Payment. 3. Choose Philippine National Bank from the drop down. (Note: For DBS/POSB, although you can find it in the dropdown list, you cannot add it as a regular payee which means you have to find it from the dropdown every time.) 4. Choose your Singapore Bank account to debit from. 5. Key the amount you want to send, plus SGD 5.00 remittance fee. (The current conversion rate can be found here.) 6. Key in your 14 digit reference number. 7. Choose “Immediate” or “Today”. 8. Click “Submit”. 9. Confirm your transaction. 10. Verify that your remittance went through after 1 banking day.
