I want to know that PMC bank provided the PPF Public Provident Fund scheme, give me details of it?

As per my knowledge PMC bank not provides the PPF Public Provident Fund scheme

PPF Account is called as Public Provident Fund Account.

This is a scheme developed by Central Government of India to benefit the command man and small business people, freelancers and even students.
