The personal interview is a critical step in the admissions process and should not be taken lightly; most MBA programs will not accept a candidate without meeting him/her in person. A personal interview is aimed at knowing a candidate more intimately - assessing the clarity of thinking process, future goals and the 'fit' with the B-school. Some PI questions for MBA: Tell us something about yourself. Where do you see yourself 5/10 years from now? What are your strengths & weaknesses? Why MBA? Why do you want to join this B-school?
